What does The Bridge Guaranteed Sale Program do for me?

If your existing house is not sold by the time your new home is complete, we buy it. Our guarantee eliminates the uncertainty of selling your house and ensures that you will not be burdened with double house payments.

How long does the process take?

Within a few days after you complete the items listed below, the preliminary value will be estimated, and a representative will meet with you to review our proposal. When accepted, you and your family can confidently plan your move to your new home-free of the uncertainties of selling your old home.

How much will I receive for my house?

You will receive the maximum the market will support based on an independent appraisal.

Is my home eligible?

Most structurally sound homes are eligible, even if they are listed with a real estate company.

How does it work?

1. Choose the new home that you want to buy. If financing is required, counsel with your builder representative to determine that you qualify.

2. Sign a new home purchase agreement contingent upon your acceptance of the guaranteed sale price that our company will present to you within a few days.

3. Complete a property profile form for your builder representative to send to us.
